Online availability!

“Drawing Lines (1989)” is now available for online streaming or mp3 download. I just wanted to point you to different places where you can hear it all, parts of it, or (preferrably) buy it. I do in fact earn more money if you buy it online, but the physical copy is well worth the cost, too, if you’re into physical copies.

Happy listening! And make some noise about it if you like it, ok?

Impatiently awaiting release.

Who would have thought time could pass so slowly? I really don’t know what I was thinking when I set the date to January 15 — it seems like an eternity from now. In the meantime I’m having fun staring at this: Drawing Lines (1989) on Amazon.co.uk — I can’t explain why it’s so compelling, I guess it has something to do with the fact that I’ve bought quite a few CDs from Amazon in the past, listened to 30 second, crappy quality sound clips and awaited the arrival of the CDs with much anticipation.

The waiting is similar this time, but it’s MY music now, I am the one people hear in 30 second sound clips and that someone might enjoy hearing, I’m the one who made the music that someone might like, and buy! You can imagine my excitement, right?

I don’t think I’ve ever felt this accomplished in my entire life: I have a Master’s Degree in Music Technology, and I have released an album, both on physical format, and (very soon) through world wide digital distribution.

I’m trying to prepare myself for doing promotion, sending out e-mails and promos and that sort of stuff, but I can’t seem to get myself to do anything until January 15 is here. (Please come quick).

Digital release date: January 15.

The release date for the digital release is now set. January 15. My album will be available for download and streaming through all major international online stores and streaming services, including iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, eMusic, HMV — and the Norwegian/Nordic/local ones like WiMP, Platekompaniet, CDON and more.

Hopefully, everything will go according to plan from here on. Mark the date.
